Had a lock out today and used my road side assistance service to get these guys out. Their drivers were booked up but, the dispatcher did an excellent job staying in touch and even reached out to another company to get me back on the road as quick as possible. They are very easy to work with and driver who came got me on the road with no issues.

I got locked out and service was outstanding ! Technician communicated very well got there very quick then unlocked me even quicker so I say If you want fast prompt service with great communication then call these guys !

Prompt response excellent service

My truck had a regen problem and my engine started stalling on the highway. Had to pull over on the shoulder and Ben came by and picked up my truck in no time. Everything was efficient and smooth. Also while riding in the truck we had great conversations, the hospitality and professionalism was top notch. If you’re in need of tow given them a call, if you’re in need of great service then ask for Ben.

I liked the people i talked to through the phone but i didn’t like the driver at all, he’s very rude and got really bad attitude

I own a moving company with several trucks and trucks sometimes break down for different reasons and CNR is always there when the need arises. The pickup the trucks on time and taking them to the required destination. The office and the drivers are Pros and I will recommend CNR for all your towing needs

From the time the call was made up until my rig was dropped off this company was very professional and has great communication. The driver went above and beyond to make sure my rig was good and nothing got damaged. Highly recommend this company.

Company is actually a sister company to this: CNR Towing & Recovery in Cypress area. I had two tires destroyed by something on the road. He pulled up behind me and helped. Reasonable rate. No damage to vehicle from tow. I do recommend.

Tow truck was cool, but lack eye contact on greeting and departing. Service was a 5 star. Just gave a feeling of not being contact with me. But he was cool, just that got me a little. The car did arrive to the place pretty fast. Good service.
